Haukur was promoted from last season's successful reserve team. He featured quite prominently in that reserve side, but with his inexperience, he is likely to find himself on the bench. He is primarily a backup player, but should the need arise for his services, the young Icelandic player should not be a letdown if his performance in the reserves is anything to go by. He may not have the necessary experience, but he certainly has time to gain exposure and improve his all-round game.
