Instrumental with Mellotron
Standard Tuning
The Mellotron part goes like this for a guitar:
E|---------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------|
D|--7--7--7--9--7--7--7--9--7--7--7--9--7--9--10--9--|
A|---------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------|
D|--9--9--10--9---9--9--10--9---9--9--10--10--10--9--7--9--10----|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------9-|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------|
If you have keyboard, you can use a mellotron, and the notes are:
A A A B A A A B A A A B A B C B
B B C B B B C B B B C C C B A B C E
The chords for the verse part are:
G Em G D (then slide up the guitar neck to a B note on the sixth string (fret 7)
and then up again to a D note (fret 10) and then end playing a C chord normally.
C Em G D (The sliding thing to a B and a D) C
There is not much I can do to show you when each chord is played,
you'll have to figure that part out yourself, those are the right chords though
The chorus chords are:
Em G Am C
And that is all there is too it, other than slight alterations with the mellotron part,
but that isn't too hard to figure out.
