The Open House
Directions to the Open House in Portage from I-94:
> Take exit #78 and go south on Portage Rd (for those of you coming in on I-94 West heading into Kalamazoo,
you will need to get into the far left lane as soon as you leave the exit ramp so that when you go straight
through the stoplight, you can turn left at the “Michigan left turn,” because there are no left-hand turns
allowed directly at the stoplight.)
> Go south on Portage Rd for approximately 10 minutes. You will drive through about 6 stoplights.
> After you have passed a large lake on your right, look for the next stoplight at Bacon Ave.
> You will want to be in the left lane as you pass Bacon Ave so that you can turn left at the first street,
Wetherbee. You will know you have turned on the correct street because there is a big barn on it.
> At the stop sign, turn left onto Woodlawn Dr. 10098 Woodlawn is 12 houses down on the left.
Directions to the Open House in Portage from US-131:
> Take exit #31 and go east on Centre Rd for about 15 minutes. You will drive through about 6 stoplights.
> Turn right onto Portage Rd and go south for approximately 5 minutes.
> After you have passed a large lake on your right, look for the next stoplight at Bacon Ave.
> You will want to be in the left lane as you pass Bacon Ave so that you can turn left at the first street,
Wetherbee. You will know you have turned on the correct street because there is a big barn on it.
