As I slip into sweet oblivion

Reality seems so far away

Everything around me is so so warm and peaceful

It's a place I wish I could stay

The real world is so cold and pointless

So I scream over and over again

In life everyone's eyes are dark and evil

There's no one to trust

No one is your friend

I walk among ashes and lost souls

Trying to break free of this daily routine

Looking about, blood and death surround me

Why is this life so goddamn mean

Everyone is hypnotized and drawn into the system

Like puppets on a string we all live a lie

For most of them there's no escaping it

For some, the only way out is to die

For me, there is another way out

Don't you stop me, please refrain

As I fall deeper into sweet oblivion

My own escape from the pain
