Con el fin de acotar la información que se publica y de ser consecuente con  el tema de esta web, sólo se publicarán las novedades de CDS que contengan material desde el año '68 en adelante.

• Han aparecido 2 nuevos conciertos. El primero es “The eagle has landed”, que trae el show de Junio 4 de 1975 en Houston y el otro es “Springtime in Saginaw”, que trae el show de Mayo 3 de 1977, realizado en esa ciudad.
• Se anuncia un nuevo CD que contendría el Midnight Show de Agosto 21 de 1970 en Las Vegas.
• Pronto a aparecer estaría el nuevo CD doble del sello Madison que contendrá el concierto de Mayo 4 de 1975 (Afternoon Show) y el realizado en Febrero 14 de 1977 principalmente.
• El CD especial más el libro de 96 páginas con fotos inéditas sobre TTWII, y que se llamará "The Way It Was", aparecerá finalmente el 16 de Agosto. Su contenido ya se conoce y contará con 25 canciones, compuestas de ensayos y actuaciones en vivo.
• Ya hizo su aparición la caja de 4 CDS dedicada a sus actuaciones en Las Vegas y que se llama "Live in Las Vegas".
• Ha aparecido el nuevo CD de FTD, que esta vez trae un concierto de Mayo 6 de 1975, el cual se llama "Dixieland Rocks".
• Ha aparecido el CD “Memories from Kalamazoo", el que contiene el incompleto show de Abril 26 de 1977, eso si, soundboard y del nuevo sello Vavavoom Records.
• Ha aparecido el CD "Elvis at the Dome", el que contiene el show de las 2 PM, realizado el 1º de Marzo de 1970, el cual proviene de una cinta de público que, lamentablemente tiene pésima calidad.

Hay que decir que este show no es el mismo que apareció en el CD "Here I Go Again" del sello D.A.E., ya que solamente ha aparecido previamente "Heartbreak hotel" (en la caja Collectors Gold), y es una versión distinta a la que aparece en el CD antes mencionado. Las 3 canciones aparecidas en la caja Platinum son efectivamente las mismas del show editado por D.A.E., pero tal como ha aparecido en otras páginas, solo la canción mencionada al inicio ha aparecido previamente de las de este show. Respecto a la ubicación del Dialogo al final del concierto, que podemos decir: "nada es perfecto" y ahorrémonos mas comentarios.

Como se puede apreciar éste será el tercer concierto del TTWII que aparecerá en un año, luego de esperar 30 años por el primero. Hay que decir que muchas de las canciones de este concierto ya han aparecido, tanto en el video "The Lost Performances" (TLP), como en "The essential 70's Masters (70's), pero siempre será otra cosa poder contar con el concierto completo, además que por fin aparecería oficialmente en un CD, "Don't be cruel", la cual habría sido dejada fuera en el CD "One Night in Vegas". La canción del 24, estará tomada de una cinta de público, cuyo concierto apareció en el LP "THE HILLBILLY CAT "LIVE"".

Finalmente acá vendrá el show de Mayo 6 de 1956 (¿¿Que hace este concierto aquí??) y las canciones más destacadas de las cintas soundboards que tiene BMG de los años 1974 y 1975. No se si se dieron cuenta que de Marzo '75 vienen canciones del Midnight show del día 30, el cual no se conocía que existiera, lo que es bastante interesante, ya que aquella temporada fue bastante buena, tanto en repertorio como en la calidad de los shows realizados, sino basta recordar el aparecido en "A Profile, vol.2", que es uno de los mejores shows realizados por Elvis.

Bueno, que podemos decir de esta caja, los dos primeros CDS, todo un acierto, sobre todo el primero, pero se hecha de menos otros conciertos completos, sobre todo de la temporada de Enero-Febrero de 1970 y de la de Agosto-Septiembre de 1971, de la cual nada soundboard ha aparecido ni siquiera en el mundo de los CDS importados, temporada de la cual hay algunas buenas cintas de público, las que contienen muy buenos conciertos. Lo mismo corre para la temporada Enero-Febrero de 1974, la cual esta casi completamente grabada y tampoco hay soundboards disponibles. Pero bueno, como dice el dicho: "peor es nada" y tendremos que comprar estos 4 CDS para disfrutar de los 2 primeros (que son los mejores) y del último, pero bueno, al fin y al cabo BMG no es un asociación de beneficencia y/o sin fines de lucro, y tiene que compensar reeditando (para variar), en conjunto con el nuevo material que lanza, que yo creo la gran mayoría esta dispuesto a aceptar antes de quedarnos con nada o solo viendo como lanzan la quincuagésima recopilación de éxitos, lo cual sin lugar a dudas es peor, más bien dicho insufrible.

Para los que ven algo extraño en la fecha, ésta no esta errada, es la realmente correcta y que recién ahora se vino a saber al investigar Ernst Jorgensen  y descubrir que el error fue del ingeniero de sonido y con esto calzan las tarjetas originales enumeradas con las grabaciones (que se pueden ver en el CD "MAKE THE WORLD GO AWAY"). Según las palabras de Jorgensen, éste es el mejor show que tienen, donde aparece un Elvis en todo su esplendor tanto vocal como físico. Otro dato interesante es que "You' ve lost that lovin' feelin'" (el cual es el master), acá esta completo y tiene al finalizar una repetición desde la mitad (al estilo de lo que hacía con "Hurt")

El tercer CD contiene canciones en vivo, algunas de las cuales son únicas versiones en vivo (como ocurre con "Stranger in the crowd" y "The next step is love") y varias canciones de ensayos, lamentablemente casi todas aparecidas anteriormente, con la excepción de las 3 últimas, las que son unas verdaderas joyas por lo extraño que son y de "That's all right", la cual el la otra versión que cantó en ese ensayo y que no apareció en "Get down and get with it!".

Como se ve, el más incompleto de todos los shows aparecidos hasta ahora de esta gira es el aparecido recientemente, dura poco más de 31 minutos, lo que es bastante poco. Los que ya habían aparecido vienen con canciones de bonos ("A Profile vol.1", cd-4) y como relleno de otro concierto (en el CD doble "Goodbye Memphis").
