A stripped-down hardcore attack. Condemnations and damnations of the
stinking world we live in... Pain of Mind shows an early NEUROSIS (consisting of
founding trio Dave Edwardson, Jason Roeder and Scott Kelly) laying the
foundation for the spite and anger which would turn to inward soul-searching on
later albums. No epic-length songs here, just purely vicious, rabid
social/spiritual warfare, with a brain.
