Location:i live in a small town named FEATHERSTON in New Zealand which is down in the pacific ocean. it really sucks, we haven't even got a bank, they all closed down. we have an ATM machine though. and about a million second-hand shops. and there's only about five people who like sg around here, and there's nowhere that sells really cool sg stuff. no sir i don't like it.
What do you do?i go to school, named chanel college, and i'm gonna be a senior this year, yay!
How you discovered Soundgarden: i was 14, and just getting into music, and i liked pearl jam, then i heard BHS and i never liked it, it was to slow for me. but then my brother had this tape of the Trip 1, and outshined was the first song, and i really liked it, i think the best part was the "so now you know" bit by matt, and i really got into it and i gor BMF on my b'day then i got all the rest. so outshined is my fave song from BMF, and i really like little joe, incessant mace, hands all over, like suicide and tighter and tighter, -one from each album. and bleed together. they are all really cool, but they all have really awesome guitar in them.
Live Experiences:i saw them on jan 16 1997, wellington. nz. the day after my birthday! what a great present. i remember we were at the front, like the third row, and my stupid friend dave who didn't like sg back then didn't like it so he ditched me and went up to the balcony so i was alone. but it was really cool and chris sung BHS by himself and after the "hang my head etc" bit i kinda thought the other three would come out and play the end, and they did come out, and they played outshined, and that was really cool. and i remember kim throwing out smokes at the end, he was the last one to leave the stage, just like on Motorvision!
Other bands I like:i only listen to Soundgarden these days, but i listen to Pearl Jam - i have to, i'm going to the concert in a month, and they're releasing a new album, so i have to get that, and it will suck like no code. hmmm. i also like the old metallica, like everything before Metallica - Metallica, and the RHCP. and i would get into Mother Love Bone if i could find their cd. number 6 on singles is really cool. and i can't ignore Temple of the Dog.
Any Comments?i got DOTU on the day it came out! and a-sides. and no code. and i'm gonna get yeild too on the first day. and i like vinyl, got DOTU and UMOK. and if you wanna speak with a irish accent, say "Whale" "Oil" "Beef" "Hooked" real fast :) and i really want one of those 90 shirts, like on motorvision.
