Name:Greg Dunbar

E-Mail:mrpink@iaccess.com.au

Age:DOB 1/6/79

Location: Ballarat, home of The Mavis', Damaged and Steve Moneghetti, wow what a great town (lol)

What I do: Well I'm at University doing a Computing course. Apart from that I'm a fanatical listener and collector when it comes to music, and I also like to play and compose on my guitar/bass.

How I discovered SG:I had heard of Soundgarden but never actually heard them, and one day heard My Wave on the radio and just thinking to myself 'wow what the hell is this!' (and it was on a very commercial AM station!). I hear it's Soundgarden and think, so that's them, they sound damn good! I get a lend of Superunknown & Badmotorfinger and they blow me away. Soundgarden really are the band that has changed my entire outlook on music, they opened my horizons. I owe so much to Soundgarden!

Favorite Song/Album:For the albums it is a toss up between BMF and Superunknown but I couldn't do without any of them. I think my favourite song is Mailman although Flower, No Wrong No Right, JCP, Overfloater and another couple of dozen songs could easily be put in it's place. That was the beauty of Sg, just so many damn good, no sorry, GREAT songs.

Live Experiences: I saw them twice on the same weekend 25/26 of January 1997. It was the best weekend of my life so what else can I say. They were just mindblowing. I saw that Matt said that they didn't go out at their prime but my god they must have been close to it.

Other Bands:There are a lot of bands I really like, I'll split them up into Australian and International.
Australian: Powderfinger, You Am I, Regurgitator, Frenzal Rhomb, The Mark Of Cain, Spiderbait (plus a few more that interest me like Jebediah, Tumbleweed, Hot Rollers)
International: Tool, Fear Factory, Paradise Lost, Metallica, White Zombie, Sepultura, Corrosion Of Conformity, Primus, Foo Fighters, Deftones, Machine Head, Hater, Rollins Band, Alice In Chains, Monster Magnet, Nirvana, Prodigy, Down, Mad Season, Temple Of The Dog, Pantera, Nailbomb

My Comments:Soundgarden were the best ever, period.
