clayton b. bear![]() What do YOU think? |
I paint for enjoyment. My very first painting was when i was in preschool and it was of a cat (with stick legs and a tail, but it was still a painting) and I seemed to become less and less creative as i get older. Last year (1998) I took an 8 week painting course (i missed one week so it was really 7 weeks hehe) in Kitchener, Ontario under the tutelage of Mr Harry Sreeves with my friend Tabitha. This is the last painting i have done and unfortunately the only one i have online. I haven't been positively inspired as of late, but there will be more to come i hope. i got clayton bear for my 19th birthday (believe it or not) and he is good for hugs. he is named after the suburb Clayton (since i went to Monash Uni in Clayton at the time) and i thought it suited his little features. His eyes and snout are the cutest part. He wears his scarf even in summer, but i think it's a style thing..

For a subject at uni, I have had to learn how to use photoshop. This has been quite a fun experience - not that it's done with yet. Here is what I have done so far...
![]() | This is the first real attempt, once I woked out how to layer stuff. It's my sister's cat Sookie... |
![]() | A pointless picture really, but I had Sookie pictures out and an evil looking pic of myself. |
![]() | A sign of boredom and hunger, but another experiment. |
![]() | An adaptation of several pictures provided in a tutorial. It's just a frog! |
![]() | A very loud picture of a young version of Chris and a raindrop background.. I think i went overboard with text/colour/everything... |
![]() | What wannabe artist doesn't have a manipulation of Brad Pitt in their collection?! |
![]() | MMMMMmmmmm vegemite and fingers. My favourite snack! |
