Eucaluptus Macrocarpa

Type:      Stragling Mallee
Height:   3 to 12ft/1 to 3.5m (ours is approx 1m in height).
Flowers: The largest of any Eucalypt, deep pink to red with yellow tips.  Approx 10cm wide.
              The leaves are silvery/powdery, as seen in the top photo.
Origin:   sandheaths between the Hills River, Wogan Hills and Corrigan, north of Perth, W.A.

Notes:  The Macrocarpa is the largest flowered Eucalyptus
            Prefers well drained soil.
