Penny: We heard our baby's heartbeat for the first time It was around 140 so no telling if the baby is a boy or a girl yet!
October 5th
Jordan: (Tells our friends on livejournal) We're gonna have a baby! May 3rd is the due date.
Penny won't be posting much for a while... something about the computer screen making her puke--and she really doesn't need help doing that right now. she can do it just fine all on her own.
September 6th
Penny: Jordan picked up a pregancy test, we both went into look at it at the same time. He went out to grab a celebratory meal and cake for us to eat. We ended up going to our doctor's office to get blood drawn instead of keeping my drivers exam appointment, the blood test later showed that I was six weeks pregant on this date. I called off of work for two weeks and subsequently lost my job, my (now past) employer is pregant to they are having a baby girl. We told them first, then Amy to try to find a replacement for those two weeks that I needed off, then my mom, then Karen.
September 3rd - 5th
Penny: I felt sick after going to the Olive Garden, Jordan made me some tea and I threw it up.. started throwing up every two hours.
August 24th
Penny: Returned from an unplanned trip. Long story short, the trip ended with me driving around looking for an ER. Jordan tripped over some badly paved part of the Holiday inn's parking lot and sprained his ankle in two places. We had a great time though, we went to the Zoo, Hard rock cafe, museums, and of course hit the paddle boats! When we got back this weekend we meet Karens new dog and went to Maria's going away party.

Penny: I took my glucose screening last wednesday, we got the results back this friday, everythings normal, although our little baby has for the first time changed into the right position. He has also started "tickling" me when I lay on my left side.
January 10th
Penny: Jordan couldn't make it to this appointment, so Karen took us to it. It was a pretty exciting ultrasound since the doctor found a character trait of mine with baby. You might not know but I cannot fall asleep with out crossing my ankles, baby was asleep during the ultrasound with his ankle's crossed. (This is the only ultrasound he has slept through to date)
December 9th
Penny: Today we found out the gender of our baby. It's a boy! now if we could just agree on a name.. Dorian or Alexander? which should be first, which should be the middle?
October 27th
Penny: 2nd ultrasound no not the one where we can tell if the baby is a him or a her just one for "fun".
I'll try to scan them in the baby did cute poses and everything :-p
