Wednesday February 24, 1999: Hello! My name is Joey the pony!  Mel and Amy bought me today at Meijer!  They picked me out of four ponies!  I was glad when they told me that I would be riding to Tulsa with Cari and Mia in four weeks!  I have such little time to prepare!  Amy and Mel are flying to Tulsa and we will meet them there!
    I am so excited! My favorite celebrity is Gavin the sheep from Real World and Road Rules All Stars and now I will be able to document my trip, much like he did.  You can visit Gavin's site with the following link:

Don't worry! Mel is going to take a photo of me to put at the top of this page soon, but until she does let me just tell you that I am a small rideable (Not neccessarily on the first date though)  pony with four wheels.  I have white plastic fur, white plastic mane and blue eyes.  I am a Libra and I prefer long rides on the beach and a good conversation.  I don't let just anyone ride me either...  My favorite shows are Real World and Road Rules.  I am now living in a house called Koininamma five- it's nice and I get to live with five women!  Brrrrrrrrrooooooooooowwwww!  As of right now there are six of us going to Tulsa- Amy, Mel, Cari, Mia, Loise and me!  I can't wait!  Amy, Mel and Cari have been to Tulsa twice before and Mia and Loise have never been so they are as new to the Tulsa area as I am!  My favorite group is Hanson so I hope we get to meet them when we get there.  Zac is my favorite, he just cracks me up! I hope that he will hold me in a picture if we get to meet them!  I hear that their family is super nice too!  Anyway, I have to go for now!  You can email me at
 
 

March 1, 1999- Well I spent an uneventful weekend without Mel and Amy.  I just sat around at the house while everyone else tended to their busy lives.   Now that it is Monday and everyone is back to their classes everyone seems really sad.
Mel seems quite bored  but I guess it's because she has 25 more days until we leave for Tulsa... The wait is killing me too!  Anyway, today Mel was telling me all about her second trip to Tulsa, and showed me some of her pics.  I saw that she didn't talk that much about it on her homepage so I decided I would share a few pics with you here and tell you about them.

This is a pic of Amy and Mel by Hanson's door.  Walker gave them permission himself to take this pic! This is at their old house or "Moe Headquarters".  How cool!

This is Mel by one of the oilman's feet.  These initials kinda look like I H and M B which are Isaac Hanson and Mel's initials together.  She was so happy to see them still on his foot when they went back to Tulsa!
And here is Mel, Amy and Cari in the car when they were waiting for Walker to come out of the supermarket they saw him at... It's a long story and I am sworn to secrecy over it- sorry!

Anyway, that is all I have for now!  I will write more in the next week.  I am trying to figure out what to pack for Tulsa, and I think I will take mad libs on the road for Mia, Cari and I to do.  There is much to plan for this long- awaited journey!  Email me soon!

Thursday March 11, 1999~~~~~~~~~~~
        So I have been sitting in the window at koinaminima five looking at the bleak snow and dreaming of Tulsa for the past few  days.  What a bleary thing to look at.  Anyway, I found out today that Mia isn't going with us to Tulsa anymore.  I guess she couldn't handle the thought of sharing a bed with a pony as cool as me.. Oh well, so it's just Mel, Amy, Cari and Loise!  That's ok, we will have a blast!  HANSON HERE WE COME!
 

Monday March 22, 1999:
    I am so sorry I have been so busy that I haven't been able to update this! I have been trying to convince Mel that she does not need to bring a curling iron- since she never curls her hair anyway- and trying to tell Cari that we are only going to be in Tulsa for four days and she does not need as many shirts as she has packed.  Mel just got her pics of me developed and is hoping to scan them on this page sometime before we leave.  Hopefully Wednesday.  I can't believe that in four short days I will be relaxing in Tulsa!  Finally! Oh! And some more exciting news! Hanson's previous guitar player Ravi is going to be in Michigan for three days the week after break and Amy, Mel and Cari are going to take me to meet him! I am so excited!  What an awesome couple of weeks these next two weeks will be for me!  Anyway, I have to go finish packing! I might not write until we are back from Tulsa so until then- see ya!
 

Monday April 12, 1999:
    Well we are back from Tulsa.  I loved seeing the house that Isaac, Taylor, and Zac grew up at and I loved seeing the sites of the Golden Driller, Rex Chicken, The Blue Rose Cafe, Sound Warehouse.  The second night we were in Tulsa we were chased by two cars but then it was just one and I think it may have been Hanson and the car that chased us, did so to make sure that Hanson could get inside safely!  Silly Hanson! I'm just a plastic pony!  Loise was really nice but quiet- I don't think she knew what to think about a plastic pony.  Loise left Sunday morning and Cari left before Amy, Mel and I left on Monday.  After we dropped Cari off at the airport we went back to the Moe house and Mel went up the driveway and talked to this guy that works for Hanson at the Moe house AND she saw ASHLEY GREYSON!  It was an awesome trip even though we didn't see the guys...

Last week I met Ravi!  He used to be Hanson's backup guitar player.  I met him last Tuesday.  He was so nice! He even signed me!  You will see pics of this soon.  Ravi was even nice enough to mention me to his audience on Wednesday.
