  Notes:     Front cover photo features Manny, Glenn, and Jerry from
             left to right.  "Thanks to Marilyn Clark & Monty" refers to "The
             Misfits" movie stars: Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable, and
             Montgomery Clift.  On the back of the single, Glenn incorrectly 
             spelled Jerry Only's real last name Caifa instead of Caiafa.
             After this single, Jerry began using his stage name.  The
             sleeve itself is a thing paper glued sleeve.
