  Notes:     In most cases it is very difficult to distinguish the original 
             Plan 9 pressing from the early Caroline reissues.  The only 
             observable difference is a lighter purple (almost pinkish) 
             coloring of the Misfits logo on the first pressing.  This EP 
             was discontinued on 11/18/95.
