  Pressing:  1st:  Pink cover.  Includes Plan 9 logo on back cover.
                   Promotional copies came with a folded color poster of the
                   cover artwork, a glossy photo of the band, and a band 
                   biography on double sided peach colored paper.  Very few 
                   of these promotional copies were distributed.
             2nd:  Purple cover with pink logo.  Includes Plan 9 logo on back
                   cover.
             3rd:  Italian release with dark pink cover, band listed as 
                   "The Misfit" on spine.  Available with beige Slash label 
                   or Ruby label with white writing on center label sticker.
                   Includes Plan 9 logo on back cover.

  Notes:     The LP format of this release includes the lyrics and a photo 
             collage on the inner sleeve.  To promote the 1988 reissue of the
             album, Warner Borthers distributed LP sized Misfits Halloween 
             bags.  The CD reissue contains a 1979 photo of the band that is 
             unavailable in other formats.  The Warner Brothers release does 
             not include the Plan 9 logo.  This album was originally intended 
             to be released in 1981 on PLAN 9 as PL9/01 with a different song 
             listing.  At least 3 copies of the center label stickers for 
             this aborted album were printed.
