Toronto

My dad is visiting. My mom is in town too, but she's at a conference up in Markham so I haven't actually seen her. Today the two of us woke up bright and early (to the sound of loud thunder and rain) and eventually made it down to Woodbine Beach. Even though it was a gloomy day, it was quite peaceful and scenic. It must be really beautiful on a nice sunny morning. I'm very glad to be seeing more of Toronto now. It really makes me appreciate the city much more. We also went to the St. Lawrence Market, which I thought was really cool. I love food. We tried to check out High Park but by the time we figured out the crazy roads in there it looked like it was going to start raining again (it didn't). Chinatown for lunch. (Kensington market is cool, went there last week with Frank.) Home for nap.

Students council stuff is busy. We are helping to organize some alumni golf tournament, and then graduation stuff after that. Not our graduation of course, that's NEXT October. Shyeah! I think we're going to end up organizing our own. No one is going to come back in a year for graduation. Our Confidential Records thing is...interesting. Class project = lots of drama.

Lots of homework this weekend. Don't worry, it's not hard. I know you worry. Check out some photos: Foo Fighters concert (that's the Constantines and Sloan opening for them), and the Shop-Dine-Tour bus tour I took a few weeks ago.

I worry about my friend at school. He is dealing with lots of crap in his life. I hope he'll be ok.

Me? I'm better off than most. That means life is good. I need an internship.
