Today was a good day. We did some crazy skits in our first class and that sort of got the day off to a good start. We have a class called Interview Strategies so we were supposed to enact these interview situations. My friend Courtney and I did an Asian thing, where she spoke only "Asian" and I translated while we interviewed a Canadian superstar. We broke out the peace signs and high-pitched Asian girl giggling and gong sounds and we had a whole lot of fun. The other skits were all good too. There was much laffing. We also got some complaints from other teachers due to our raucous behaviour.
My pal Matthew is starting up a music site! It's pretty exciting. He's got some respectable Canadian labels and bands on board already, for advertising and giveaways. When it's up and running you can find it at www.iheartmusic.net. Bookmark it now! I am very excited for him. I think at least two or three of you out there might even find it interesting.
Oh crap I need to buy playing cards for tomorrow. Students council is doing a poker tournament tomorrow night. I hope it doesn't mean that I will have to stand at the bar for three hours doing nothing. Boo! I have to wake up early tomorrow morning! Real early! Boo!!!
