Happy St. Pat's Day

Hm. Kind of cranky right now. I'm leaving for Montreal early tomorrow morning. My uncle is reluctantly driving me to the train station. I thought retired Chinese people always woke up at 6 am anyway, so how is 8:30 too early? He can drive me in a bathrobe and slippers for all I care. Oh well. At least I don't have to take a bus or something. Anyway, I'm staying in Montreal until Sunday morning. Hopefully I'll get in some quality time with Sandra and Karen. I don't really know what else I'll be doing in Montreal. Probably lots of walking. I hope the weather won't suck.

Our family bought a combo VCR/DVD player a couple of days ago, so last night I rented the first DVD with Frank. Hot pot of coffee! Gotta love The Anchorman. I also got my first haircut in about 5 months. But the most exciting bit of news was my first visit to a Dollarama in Ottawa, at Carlingwood Mall. I LOVE the Dollarama! I bought a triangle. Like, the musical instrument. That store is so amazing.

Those pugs across the street are going crazy right now. Those things are so ugly they're cute. Like me.

I won't be drinking tonight, just having my Apprentice party with Frank and Matthew, and possibly Matt Greenberg and Julie. My mom may also be taking my sister and I out to dinner.

Oh crap, this just in: Looks like my schedule for the upcoming term has arrived. Classes until 8:30 pm from Monday to Thursday. Craaaap. Our late class on Mondays, Booking Agency, only runs for 7 weeks though. And we get Fridays off. So it's like my McGill schedule again, but with like...a bazillion more hours.
  • Monday - 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
  • Tuesday - 11:20 am to 8:30 pm
  • Wednesday - 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm
  • Thursday - 11:20 am to 8:30 pm

We have a few courses in which our RAM (Recording Arts Management) class is divided into two (all computer courses, because the lab is small), and they've somehow managed to make one class awesome and one class pretty bad. Luckily, I'm in the awesome class.

I'm looking forward to school, but not looking forward to leaving Ottawa. It's rough.
