Drama.

So busy. Life is eventful. Since the last time I journalled, I had a lot of schoolwork, then I went home to Ottawa for the long weekend, then I came back for another mad rush of schoolwork (incompetent teammates RAWK...augh). Yesterday Sara with no H came over to the Danforth and we enjoyed warm weather and tzatziki breath, and then Wayne came over and we watched side B of my Woodstock DVD. Four hours of Woodstock footage in total. What was most annoying was the footage of Jimi - the stupid camera stayed on his face for the entire 3 songs! Who wants to watch Jimi's face? No one, dammit!

This weekend is again homework filled. So much work. We're in the middle of our marketing Olympics. It's more of a marathon than anything. Our instructor assigns 3 huge projects in 3 consecutive weeks. We develop 12 month marketing plans as well as give presentations. It's intense, especially when your group is dumb as rocks. I'm really mean. They are well-meaning people. One guy is like an excited puppy. He's real excited to work and to run around and do everything but he just ends up peeing all over the place. One girl doesn't like me but needs me to tell her how to do everything, and she also has the worst written skills I've ever seen. The other girl is very enthusiastic and creative but leaves tons of details out from her work. They are very high maintenance.

Anyway, in students' council news, we are organizing a Harris Coffeehouse for next week. We've got 10 people lined up to play, including many of my friends. We will sell coffee, tea, coffee + booze, and baked goods. The week after we are going to have a karaoke night. Then the week after that we're having a movie night. And somewhere in between, Stacey and I will hopefully hold a small party at my place. That should be a lot of fun. So I think that's everything. Now I will make pancakes and then get back to my marketing plan.
