Hello my friends, it has been awhile. I seem to start a lot of journals like that. Wow someone outside just did a total Wicked Witch of the West laugh. East? I dunno, I don't know that movie too well. Anyway it was kind of creepy. Anyway, I've broken out the button maker so BEWARE you will all receive tons of buttons over the next few months I'm sure. As my sister can attest to, my first couple of attempts were pretty disastrous but I think I've got the hang of it now. It was fitting that my first successful button reads "I DID IT!" Oh baby.

Work is pretty good so far. There are a lot fewer boring days now, and we're all warming up to each other and whatnot. I love my boss, Jerry. He's like a proxy grampa. What a sweet man. Everyone is really nice.
There have been a lot of birthdays lately so I've been seeing my Harris folks from time to time. I do miss them. Some more than others, but I definitely miss them. I have, however, LOVED the spare time...I've been shopping and spending money. I love it. (Woo, some people are interested in employing my button-making services already..this is going to be fun.) I've also been trying to catch up on sleep. I've decided I just wasn't made for waking up at 6:45. I'm just not a morning person, at all. At all at all. I don't know how you silly girls woke up so early during our sleepover (Crisco) parties.
Frank's coming to visit soon. <3
Sorry, it's late, I've got nothing thought-provoking to add. I didn't get to ask my boss about extra days off during Christmas yet. Will do next week, and find out how long I can be in Ottawa for.
