My talented friend Court Lajoie is having a CD release party next Wednesday. If you are in Toronto on Wednesday, January 25th at 9 pm you should stop by the Cameron House. She plays "folk/indie/experimental". She is super cute and has a lovely voice.
BREAKING NEWS: I will be accompanying Matthew Pollesel, editor of iheartmusic.net, to Canadian Music Week as his "photographer"! Woo! This means free admission. I am super excited. I hope I get a press pass. If you're reading this Matthew, I hope you're okay with the fact that the photos you get for your website won't be very good. But I guess that's the price you pay for free lodgings! Haha. Oh dear.
Going out for dessert tonight. Meaghan leaves in 4 days. Everyone is going to Ottawa this weekend except me! I miss my manpal. One day I will have to take photos of my office. The office manager is from the Maritimes; she said "Jesus murphy!" today. Who is Murphy? Is it Murphy's Law Murphy?
