An El Reencuentro CD was released on Feb. 2, 1999 by Fonovisa called Especial. The CD has all the songs performed at the concerts including FUEGO and ACERCATE, plus four different REMIXES of Claridad. The catalog # is 9769 and the UPC code is 05330897692. It is available on most of the popular CD shops including CDNow, CD Universe, and Music Boulevard.

* René is preparing for the launch of his next solo project as a pop soloist. The calendar that he and Miguel put out together, called Nuovo Inizio, for the year 2000. Is a great success! You can purchase a copy autographed by Miguel from the Bolivar Arellano Gallery at www.menuditis.com.
* Johnny will be launching his next solo project as a tropical singer with a product out hopefully by September or October. He also put out a HOT year 2000 calendar which can also be purchased at the Gallery. Each calendar comes with a free poster!
* Johnny segments that will be shown soon online at yupi.com. Go into www.yupi.com and look for yupi TV. There you will find a calendar of the segments being shown for the week.The site will feature Johnny in video segments of exercises and other things.
In Puerto Rico, the novela "Me Muero Por Ti" will debut very soon on Telemundo, with Johnny, Barbara Mori and Mara Croatto. It will probably be shown in other countries in the near future.
Proyecto M (Johnny, Rene and Ray) appeared again on Super Sabado Sensacional in Venezuela. Look for it to be shown in Puerto Rico , the U.S. and other countries within the next few Saturdays.
Johnny was in New York dancing in the show "Solo Para Mujeres" on September 8th at the Beacon Theater.

CELEBRATE '98! a special edition newsletter in honor of El Reencuentro was released by Sarah, Rita and Silvia of FANS FOR FANS CREATIVE ENTERPRISES in December.
The newsletter contained approximately 50 pages of El Reencuentro! It featured truthful and in-depth information on Miguel Cancel, Charlie Masso, Rene Farrait, Ricky Melendez, Ray Reyes and Johnny Lozada gathered from personal interviews and massive research. CELEBRATE '98! also contained recent photos of the guys during the first year of this spectacular reunion. There is also a bonus section with information about the musicians and background singers who are working with El Reencuentro during their world tour. And much more!
