Grey Shrike-thrush

• We have at least two sets of Grey Shrike-thrush on the property.
• The closest pair recently had three babies, but unfortuantely one died in the nest.  The other two are still going strong.
• They thrush have several types of call, and all are very beautiful.
• They have become very friendly, often eating out of our hands.  (They've tamed us well, coming to the apple/nectarine tree and calling for us to feed them).  One of the young ones from a few years back was especially tame/demanding. She would hop around your feet when digging in the garden, getting in the way while looking for grubs.
