  Notes:     According to Jerry Only, tracks 11-14 were not recorded while
             The Misfits were together.  Glenn Danzig may have taken old
             tracks (as he did with track 14) and re-recorded bass, guitar,
             and in some cases drums.  Track 15 is a Samhain song.  Track 3
             is a re-recording done around 1995 by Glenn, saving only part of
             the original drum track.  The color of the LP vinyl can be
             determined by the positioning of the bar code UPC symbol sticker
             Green vinyl copies include the sticker on the plastic wrap about 
             a quarter to a half inch from the bottom edge of the back cover.  
             Red vinyl copies include the sticker slightly higher up on the 
             sleeve (about an inch).  Clear vinyl copies have the sticker in 
             the upper right corner or have no sticker at all.  Black vinyl
             copies may also not have a bar code sticker.  This album was
             originally advertised as COMPACT DISC #2 on a Plan 9 flyer from
             1987.
