| Men Of Vizion |

| An R&B quintet, Men Of Vizion, was formed in Brooklyn, New York, when the members were still attending La Guardia High School of Music and Art. They practiced very hard on a daily basis and performed at parties, night clubs, talent shows, and any place they could in hope of someday getting a record deal. Their hard work and perseverance finally paid off when they were signed to Jade Productions and then with MJJ Music (Michael Jackson's label). In 1996, they released their debut album entitled "Personal" including such well-known songs as "Forgive Me," "That's Alright," and "You Told Me You Love Me," all of which made it on the major R&B charts. Most of their songs take on a ballad-type rhythm and their melodic and romantic harmonies (with some influences from Babyface and Boyz II Men) have catered to a variety of urban audiences. In 1998, after undergoing personnel changes, Men Of Vizion made a new start with two new members. An uptempo urban groove "Do You Feel Me" off their self-titled sophomore album "Men Of Vizion" (released on March 23, 1999) is currently being played on many urban radio stations. The second single "Break Me Off" is also featured in the soundtrack to the movie "Trippin." (R&B Krazy! Cafe 411: April 1, 1999) |
