*Aviation*

1 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur, 1/2 tsp. Apricot Brandy
Glass: Cocktail
Mix everything with cracked ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

*B&B*

1 oz Cognac, 1 oz Benedictine
Glass: Brandy Snifter
Pour into Brandy Snifter and swirl until well mixed.

*Black Russian*

1 1/2 oz Vodka, 3/4 oz Kahlua
Glass: Old Fashioned
Mix both with cracked ice in shaker and pour into glass.
(Add several dashes of lemon juice to make Black Magic.)

*Bloody Mary*

2 oz Vodka, 4-6 oz Tomato Juice, 1 tsp. Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, Pepper, Celery salt, chopped dill
Glass: Highball
Mix everything will with cracked ice and serve in glass. If needed, add more ice.

*Blue Grass Cocktail*

1 1/2 oz Bourbon, 1 oz Pineapple Juice, 1 oz Lemon Juice, 1 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur
Glass: Cocktail
Mix everything with cracked ice in shaker and strain into glass.
