*Bourbon Daisy*

1 1/2 oz Bourbon, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, 1 tsp. grenadine, Fill with Club Soda, 1 tsp. Southern Comfort, Orange slice, Pineapple stick
Glass: Highball
Mix bourbon, lemon juice, and grenadine with cracked ice in a shaker. Pour into glass and fill with club soda. Float Southern Comfort on top. Garnish with orange slice and pineapple stick.

1 1/2 oz Brandy, 1 oz Creme de Cacao, 1 oz Heavy Creme
Glass: Cocktail
Mix everything with cracked ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

*Brandy Daisy*

2-3 oz Brandy, 1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup, 1 tsp. Sugar syrup, Juice of 1/2 Lemon, Fill w/Club Soda...Garnishes: Orange slice, Pineapple stick, Maraschino cherry, a dash of pernod.
Glass: Wine Goblet
Mix everything, (except soda and garnishes), with cracked ice in shaker. Put into a chilled Wine Goblet. Stir well until glass becomes frosted. Fill with Club Soda and garnish. Top with Pernod.

*Brandy Fuzz*

2-3 oz Brandy, 1 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup, Fill w/ Club Soda
Glass: Highball
Mix everything, (except Soda), with cracked ice in a shaker. Put in chilled highball glass. fill with Club Soda and add ice if necessary.

*Brandy Sour*

2 oz Brandy, 1 oz Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz Orange Juice, 1 Maraschino cherry, 1 tsp. Sugar syrup
Glass: Whiskey Sour
Mix everything, (except cherry), with some cracked ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled Whiskey Sour glass. Garnish with cherry.
