Hi-Lo!

You take two people, the dealer and the drinker. The dealer turns cards over one by one and the drinker tries to guess what it'll be. Basically, the drinker says high (8+ is high) or low (7- is low) and if he's right, he keeps going. If he's wrong, then he takes as many drinks as there are cards in the pile. If the card is the same as the previous one, you take twice the amount of drinks as there are cards in the pile.

Everytime you have to drink, the dealer clears the pile and the count starts over again. If the drinker gets 5 right in a row, it passes on to the next person in line.

If you're a lightweight then you can add Black/Red to it. Its the exact same thing but you can call Black or Red in addition to High or Low.
