We are here to mourn the death of a true legend in the world of sports-entertainment, Owen Hart. As you must know by now, Owen Hart fell doing a stunt during the "Over The Edge" Pay-Per-View on Sunday, May 23, 1999. He was making a "super-hero-like entrance" by lowering himself to the ring from the rafters of the arena. Something went horribly, horribly wrong and the harness that was supposed to hold Owen didn't work. He fell and landed in the ring. Jerry "The King" Lawler was the first one at his side. Luckily, for Owen, paramedics and EMTs were on hand and rushed to attend to him. Unfortunately they would do no good, Owen Hart's life had ended. Now all we can do is think of his family; his wife, children, parents, and siblings; and pray. We can remember the good times and the entertainment he provided us with as we watched him in the ring. Even if you weren't a fan of Owen's, he still provided entertainment. No one can deny the fact that he was one of the best wrestlers in the World Wrestling Federation. Another Tribute to Owen, from WWF. Please put this image on your page to show support for Owen, his family, and the WWF. There is no need to link to me (unless you want to)or give me credit, but please don't rip me off and try to say it's your image. Pass the image on to others too, so they can show their support as well. Thanks. ![]() Just copy the following HTML code on your page to add the image. <img src="//www.oocities.org/SunsetStrip/Arena/3053/owen/memory.gif"> |
