*Army Of Lovers on a summer complation of Numberone Fm's album.They put old summer hits from 70's to 80's.And they include La plage de Saint-Tropez to this fantastic album.It is no.1 selling album for now here.I do not how to order this cd.But I can find it every musicmarket near me.Before this album another turkish radio station put Lit De Parade on his hits album.Also La plage de Saint-Tropez also been awarded in a complation album in 1993.They put the conconbonbondepapa mix to the cd....
*Icaros video shot  few  weeks ago.But video didn't complated yet.Video have very interesting scenes as David Haglund reports on VacuumNet.Some angels,cool scenes and also intresting shots from Mattias's camera.I think Vacuum is coming very strong too.Vacuum also re-create the new album cover...
*Alcazar is promoting Shine On in Sweden.And preparing for the 2nd Alcazar single "Crying at the discoteque" which is expected a smash hit over Sweden.Album will release after the second single not with the single...

*Finally I got the Alcazar's Shine On maxi-cd from BullGod.Thanx to Daniel,Rickard and Alexander Bard.Music very near to Brithney Spears that means Max Martin music.Lyrics are Bard style.I loved the way Andreas Lundstedt sings.He is much better uses his voice.I think Shine On soon will be very big hit.I will find a way to scan the sleeve and need a confirm from BullGod to put the real audio stuff to internet.Sleeve designed by Daniel Bergqvist,photo taken by Anti Wendel,Styling by Camilla Thulin.Photos of each member must be taken from video on the sleeve.But photos taken from faces I can't see the way they dressed.Shine On also have some Army Of Lovers stylish parts and a syth solo reminds me of Vacuum.Remixes are quite good .Also I think I am the first fan who have the cd before it releseased!!!....

*Johan Jarl  reports on VacuumNet "I was just going to watch a film I've recorded, when I saw Andreas Lundstedt and the 2 girls in Alcazar.It was the video to "Shine On". I ruined my film with recording the video.Anyway the video is shot in diffrent places:The trio standin on a theatre or opera stage.One of the girls with a boa standing on a balconny the blonde girl doing the makeup, tearing up her shirt, do show a black gown and a dog necklace.They were mostly dressed in black, very elegant evening gowns. They looked very glamorous, but not in the vulgo
way AOL did. The video was really beautiful.Andreas sang all the lyrics. The girls did backvocals in the chorous.
The deep bass was taken from Baby One More Time  but it was fortunatelly not like that song at all.It did not sound AOL to my ears either....It sounded more ABBA meets Ace of Base to me ,The girls looked very Ace of Base like."...

*Alcazar's debut single 'Shine On' (on BMG) which goes to MTV on July 19 and to radio and club in Scandinavia in August. The sound is VERY Alexander. Alcazar are about to sign with RCA USfor the world....
*RCA US have requested the recording of at least an additional track for North America but Alexander wants to include this US track on the European version of the album as well. All the final details will therefore be decided in August but Alcazar is definitely on track......

Petersburg and Moscow. Among other places, they played a big arena with something like 10.000 people in attendance. They also played a smaller club, where no kids were allowed. *Latest news about Vacuum's new album by David Haglund.2 songs will be off from the original Seance At The Chaebol.One of them is Science of the Sacred.Other is Big Ideas Grand Vision....
"Culture of Night" has been remixed and sounds more electronic. The
trumpet is gone and is replaced by a synthesizer sound.
"Power" has been remixed for the third time and sounds a lot better. The
last time it was remixed, I honestly didn't think it was any better than
the original, but now it is. Added guitars, added vocals and a more
dense sound.
"And Then the Tears Came" is a very good new song. Once the rhythm track
starts playing, it's like locomotive that keeps on going and you don't
dare turn it off. Has a very attractive piano melody.
"Icaros" sounds very much like a summer hit now, with its reggae sound
and acoustic spanish guitar. Certainly something radio friendly. And a
lot more voluminous, a lot more dense. The former version was a bit weak
and powerless, in my opinion.
"My Melting Mood" simply must become a single, in my opinion. It
represents the essence of Vacuum, a contemporary sound with its roots in
the 80s synth scene. Reminds me a bit of Alphaville's Big in Japan.(That must be a hit)

(but only on one channel - STB).I guess, it's all happening because Vacuum is going to visit Kiev and Odessa on 19th and 20th of March. Now we're all Kiev fans are waiting  for new release.It's not known yet, where Vacuum will perform their concerts, but I can imagine what will be on the concerts! *Johan Jarl reports "New Band called VAN from Stockholm records theclosest to AOL I've EVER heard.  The music is very powerful and is much like Crucified, but if possible,even more bombastic.The vocals are performed by 2 girls who recites and sing.They are called Therese Engdahl and Ellinor Franzen (who also sings in Fjeld).the song Is recorded in Eclectic Studios (where Vacuum records) and is produced by Lönn (Bard's old co. writer), Åberg and Anders Hansson (who works a lot with Vacuum).It i s written by Lönn/Wolfagang/Antonio. The song is called "Winter In Paradise".The cover is also great. Looks like ice and the singers are dressed in something between 17th centuries clothes and space-clothes...The song is very fast in the production. Perhaps like ShineLike A Star, but even faster."
*David Haglund  reports "Icaros" was re-recorded and remixed by Max Martin at Cheironstudios. This track has been remixed several times before because the band has not been 100% satisfied with it. With the production of a US No 1 music maker, how can things possibly go wrong? Also, this track now features re-recorded vocals by Mattias to better suit the revised style of the album. "

*New 4 songs for the next Vacuum album.Which will be now planned for next summer.Also Culture Of Night and Power remixed once again for perfection.Fredrik Boklund is doing the video while Stakka Bo is hotly tipped for the 'Icaros' video (he did Madonna's latest).Alexander is very pleased with his retirement from stage and his new work
as producer and manager.

Ukraine had never seen such a promotion of a band.They played 4 concerts, 2 in Kiev and 2 in Odessa. Inbetween, they did lots of interviews for papers, radio and TV"

*Niklas Grip reports"There was a program on Swedish radio.The world's largest exhibition for the music industry.  They had a short interwiev withAlexander Bard, who was said to be there to inform about Alcazar.  The short interview was about the success of Swedish music industry, however, and his main message was that the Swedes are good at making good music, but need a more professional management.  He meant that it is much more  professional in USA and England.
