1. If you don't have either a Netscape 4.0 or IE 4.0 browser you can download them from this page for free. choose which one you want - i can't recommend which one is the betta one because i don't know all that much about this ish.

2. To set your resolution to 800 x 600 go to the START button, click on settings, then control panel. Double-click on DISPLAY, click on the settings tab. Where it says desktop area move the arrow until you see 800 x 600 set. press ok and you'll have to restart your computer for the changes to take place. Believe me it's worth it because most everyone now design their pages based on these settings.
