They say that second album is the hardest to create, ... well only Sebastian
know how hard it was to create his second. He use as for the first "Relapse"
well known program Fasttracker.
After "Intro" which sounds oriental or arabic with that
flute, starts second song "Supresion" with very dark background
ambient melody but mixed with nice strings and sub rhythms . "Towards
Independence" is the best tune here (with "Drum 'n' Bass ... the
way of life" maybe), but this song is so unique so mellow on some kind
of break beat tip with superb floating melody. "Migration"
starts with sample from some movie (?) but than kicks the nice rhythms. "Oh
Yeah" is in techno style plus a little acidous melodies, but "Absolute
Zero (Pure)" is deep in pure acid. "Simple Feelings"
is very nice song in Drum'n'Bass style - so powerful, so full of energy. "Devilish
Forces" is on the same kind of tip like previous but with melody
slightly different and more sensitive. Than starts real Hardcore at 200 bpm
- "Emotional Decision". "Boiling Point" is
still with fast and hard rhythms and with sample "We Must ...", I
herd it somewhere (can't remember where). After that kicks the nine minutes
long song "Drum'n'Bass ... A Way Of Life" in, you guess, D'n'B
style with tremendous bass in background and even more nicer rhythms - well
done SR. "Absolute Zero" is next, a mix of the same song at
number 6. "Fearsome" just ordinary song with the taste of acid.
But than nice ambiental start of "The Science Of Love" and
not so nice mixing rhythm to that. "Fresh" is next with that
melody sounds which remind me on some work of Technotronic, well only part of
it, the other mechanical sounds are quite nice. And at the end, 16 th
track is "Walkover" one of the slowest tune here with funky
guitar strings in it, I must say song not my type but with nice potentials.
Special thanx to Sebastian Rostalski for the CD. To order this CD just write to: sr@tande.com .
