cheese omelet submitted by nick

Beat the eggs well and add a little less than equal parts cheese. Then season to taste. Next heat up a skillet on a low fire and as some butter or pam. I like to use a lot of butter, but hey, that's just me. Then place the beaten eggs into the skillet. You should try to spread the eggs and cheese around so the omelet will be nice and uniform. Cover the skillet and wait 'till the eggs start to cook on the top side. Once the eggs start to cook on the top side, flip the omelet -- don't worry it takes practice to get it right. Let the eggs cook for a lil' while longer and then remove them.
Just remember to keep a very low fire so that way you wont burn the omelet before you flip it. And if you prefer, you can add some chopped ham to the beaten eggs, but watch the salt. Because cheeses, ham, and seasonings are usually made with salt.
