It's probably
unnecessary to mention once again the reclusive and elusive
nature of The Artist aka Prince. His inaccessibility is legendary.
As a public figure he exists mostly as a fleeting shadow or a dreamy wisp
of sunbeams.
Up until the past year, statements from and interviews with
Prince/
have been
virtually nonexistent, personal meetings conducted under strict
and limiting conditions.
And when he does forego his reticence, the dialogue is usually
an exercise in brevity,
his meanings veiled behind pop spirituality soundbites (and
recently Jehovah Witness
diatribes). Oh, well. An artist has the right to be known only
through his work
despite the spotlight of media we live under in these latter
days of the Twentieth Century.
This site is an invitation for visitors and members to relate
