"Adam's sincere, intelligent, reliable, loyal and he doesn't mess poeple around. I've never seen him play with anyone's emotions, but he's no pushover! He's got a lot of respect for people. The kind of girls he tends to go for are usually real extroverts, and I think that's because, although he's not exactly quiet, he's quite a private person - within the band he'll wait 'til everyone else has finished talking and then say what he's got to say.
He's a Virgo like me, so I feel like I understand him quite well. If there's something on his mind you can tell, because he gets in a really bad mood, especially in the mornings! He'd never say, 'I'm really upset about whatever,' - you'd have to ask him. If he likes someone, he never says anything, but every time you look at him, he'll be looking at her! He plays hard to get, then he gives them a bit of chat so they really like him. He gets loads of girls after him because he's just a lovely guy - a diamond geezer! He'd get to know someone really well before he made a move on them, I reckon - he'd let them know he liked them, and then wait for them to make the first move!"

"Niall never lets a girl upset him because he's so confident that if a girl doesn't like him, he'll just go, 'Next please!' The most romantic thing he's ever done was when he bought this girl a long leopard skin coat that went right down to her feet. It was beautiful and she still wears it now, even though they're not seeing each other anymore. He always stays friends with his ex-girlfriends - they never finish on a bad note because he's too nice!
Niall's a guy who likes his own space, but he likes a lot of TLC, too - like all men do! When he fancies soemone he gets really flirty - he knows how to chat up a chick because he's had a lot of practice! He charms the pants off them and uses the gift of the gab - he's definitely an extrovert, and if a girl doesn't like him it's her loss! He's really confident and he's got lovely teeth, so he smiles a lot and I think girls like that. He's never in a bad mood - he's just a genuinely nice guy and everyone gets on with him."
Adam on Alan
"Alan can be a bit big headed, but he treats people with respect. He likes energetic, ambitious women who are sometimes a bit older than him, but he's not that fussy! Me and Alan are quite close because we always end up sharing hotel rooms, so we talk about everything and he asks me for advice - I don't know why!
He has a great relationship with his mum and I think she's the most important woman in his life at the moment. If he likes someone, he tends to shout about it for a while, then ring her every day. He doesn't get embarrassed about anything and if he likes someone he'll tell them. He gets lots of girls after him because he's a good looking guy and he knows it! He tends to attract extroverts - I think a shy girl would be scared of him! He's very sincere - he knows what he wants and he usually gets it!"
Alan on Glen
"Glen's a very caring person, so he'd make a really nice boyfriend, and he'd be really entertaining 'cause he knows how to make a girl laugh! I don't think he goes for a certain look because he mainly likes girls for their personlity. He doesn't have a girlfriend at the moment (none of us have), although he used to have when the band first started - he and Niall were going out with two sisters for ages.
Glen's not that romantic - he's more of a party animal. I can't imagine him taking a girl out to dinner or anything like that - he's more into going out and having fun, but underneath it tall he's a sensitives bloke. He's got a hard exterior and a soft interior and he hides his feeling by acting the joker the whole time. If he likes a girl, he compliments her endlessly and really puts on the charm. He's got this cute little grin that he does and they all seem to fall for it! He gets a lot of older women after him, actually - it's because he's got that sultry Italian look about him! I've seen him in action with the ladies many, many, many times! And I wasn't impressed because I can do it better!"
