Linz got into Joey left the club and climbed into Joey's car.
"There's this place I want to take you. It's one of my favorite spots," Joey said as he started the car.
"Well, does this place have a name?", Linz said, smoothing her dress out.
"It's a surprise," Joey said driving away from the club.
Linz studied his face carefully, then she grabbed Joey's hand. He turned to look at her and she smiled and said, "I like surprises!"
~Back at the club~
"So what did your friend have to say?", Justin asked as he took a sip of his drink.
"Oh, I think she's starting to warm up to your redheaded buddy!"
"Yeah, I saw them getting pretty comfortable in that booth!"
"Well, I probably could've guessed that they would get together somehow...they have chemistry."
"Really? So your friend is flirty, crazy, and has a big appetite, also?" Justin said raising his eyebrows.
"Nah, I wouldn't say that!" I said laughing.
"And what about us? Do we have chemistry?" he asked, seriously.
Before I could answer this girl came up behind Justin and hugged him around the neck.
"Hey, Curly, I've been looking all over for you," she said as she leaned over and kissed his cheek.
"Hey, April, it's been a long time."
I looked her up and down and I felt a twing of jealously come over me. She was about 5' 10, really thin, long blonde hair, green eyes, and she might as well had on a nothing because her outfit didn't leave much to the imagination. I turned toward my drink, why am I feeling jealous? It's not like we're together or something, I thought. She turned Justin around in his stool and gave him a big hug. I felt like it was my time to go so I got up and walked toward the pool room. I could feel Justin's eyes on me, watching me leave, but I didn't look back.
Meanwhile, Kit and Chris had stopped dancing and had went outside for some fresh air. They went out the back way to avoid the crowds and found a bench to sit on.
"Whew, it was so damn stuffy in there," Kit said as she fanned herself with her hands.
"Tell me about it, no wonder people get so turned on at clubs."
Kit looked over at Chris after his statement. Noticing her glare he turned to her. Kit inched a little closer to Chris and leaned toward him and looked in his eyes.
"Is that a fact?", she said in a sultry voice.
Her face was inches away from Chris's. He swallowed hard, "Uh...yeah it is."
Chris started to lean into her when she said, "really, that's too bad," and she got up and walked back toward the club.
Chris just sat there and watched her go, still confused about what had just happened. Kit opened the door and looked over her shoulder at Chris and gave him a devilish yet playful smile.
JC and Jen were still at the bar having a blast. They both realized they had a lot in common. They were both serious about commitments and responsibilities but JC was attracted to how fun and carefree Jen was at the same time. Jen was in the middle of telling JC about the time when she was dared to run down the street naked at night when she noticed that his was staring at her with a strange look on his face. Before she could ask what was wrong his lips were pressed against hers. She pushed him away and he looked at her with his clear blue eyes.
"I'm sorry, it's just that...,"
"No, it's nothing you did, it just surprised me that's all."
"Well, it kinda surprised me too," JC said looking down at his hands.
Jen took his hands, he looked up, "I just got out of a relationship, JC, and I just need some time to think about all of this."
"I understand...I'm patient." He smiled and for the first time in weeks, Mike was the farthest thing from Jen's mind.
~In the pool room~
I walked into to room to find Heather dancing around the room shouting, "I won, I won, I won!" Lance was leaning against the wall watching with a sour look on his face.
"What's going on in here?", I asked.
"I just beat Lance for the 4th time tonight!"
"Yeah, well I'm just not in my zone at the moment."
Heather walked up to Lance, "Whatever, just admit it, I kicked your ass!"
"I guess you're an okay player."
"Either that or you just suck really bad, huh?", Heather said as she started to set the pool table up again. "Care to get whipped again?"
"I thought you said you didn't like pool that much," Lance said leaning against the pool table.
"Things change," Heather said with a huge smile.
"Fine, just let me go get something to drink."
"Yeah, I think you should go replenish yourself!", Heather called as Lance left the room. She turned back to me, "Well?"
"Well, what?"
"How did things go with you and Justin?"
"Fine, I guess. We just talked for a bit."
"Don't try that 'I don't really care' shit with me Kae, I saw you and you were having a great time."
"Okay, fine, I was, but now it's over..."
"And, you're okay with that?", Heather said interrupting me.
"Well, what am I supposed to say, Heather?", I said raising my voice a little, "We had a drink together, we talked, we laughed, and now he's probably somewhere making out with Miss Skank of the year!" Heather just looked at me with a weird look on her face. "What???"
She motioned with her eyes for me to turn around. I turned and there standing in the doorway was Justin with a blank look on his face. I just stood there looking at him. I could feel my face turn red and I tried to say something but I couldn't. He took a step forward, "I was looking for you to apologize, that was an ex of mine but I guess you have your own ideas." With that he turned and walked out the door.
I hadn't moved a muscle. How could I have been such a shallow bitch, I thought, but, I shouldn't care if he's mad at me, I'll probably never see him again anyway. As the thought crossed my mind I felt sharp pains of regret rip through my heart.
Joey finally reached his secret destination about 20 min later. Linz got out the car and Joey could see that she was happy.
"Well, what do you think?"
"It's so beautiful."
He had taken her to this lake, one of his favorite spots to go jet skiing. There was a full moon and the moonlight reflected a peaceful glow off the surface of the lake. Joey just looked at Linz. She looked even more beautiful in the moonlight. Linz ran to him and gave him a big hug.
"This was a great surprise, thank you!", she said and instead of pulling away she just let him hold her.
She could feel that the moment was getting a little awkward so she ran down to the edge of the water and turned back to Joey, "You comin?" she said as she slipped her shoes off.
She took her dress off and ran into the water in nothing but her underwear. Joey grinned and began to take his clothes off and jumped into the water. They started to splash eachother and then Joey grabbed her and pulled her toward him. He leaned down to kiss her. Linz felt his soft lips against hers as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
He stopped which puzzled Linz, "I really like you Linz, you're so much fun and it's like you don't even care that I'm in NSync."
"I like you too and I'm glad you brought me here and I want to thank you in my own way," Linz said in her sexist voice.
She pulled him in for a more passionate kiss. Joey reached behind her and unhooked her bra and threw it back on shore. He softly caressed her breasts as she moaned lightly. He began to kiss her neck as she worked to get his boxers off. She finally got them off and he reached down and ripped her panties off.
"I want you so much," he growled in her ear.
"I want you too," Linz moaned and he shoved his dick inside here making her moan loader. She hugged his neck tighter and wrapped her legs around him as he began to move in her faster. Joey felt her tighten around him and thrusted farther into her as he squirted his fluid deep in her. Linz came at the same time as they both moaned loudly. Joey leaned down and kissed her softly on the lips and they made their way back to land. Joey got a blanket from his car and wrapped himself and Linz in it. They sat on shore just holding eachother as the sky began to brighten around them.
