Part Two

The next morning, Breeze woke up as the bright sunlight filtered into the bedroom. She started to get up when she noticed JC’s arms were wrapped around her. She turned to face him and smiled; he looked so peaceful when he was sleeping. She kissed the tip of his nose and he slowly opened opened his eyes.

“Good-morning Mr. Chasez,” she whispered.

“Good-morning Mrs. Chasez,” he said pulling her closer.

“I will be in a few hours; are you nervous?”

“A little, you?"

“Yeah, kinda but there’s nothing I want more than to be your wife JC.”

JC smiled and softly kissed her. “I love you Breeze and I’m going to for the rest of my life.”

“I love you too.” Breeze kissed him back. She pulled the sheets back and got up. “Come on sweetie, you know Summer is going to be breathing down my neck any time now.”

“Yeah, I have to go make sure the rest of the guys are set.”

“Okay, I’m going to take a shower.”

“You want some company?” JC said with a smirk.

“Well, I’m not one to turn down an offer like that!”

Breeze rushed into the bathroom followed quickly by JC. They jumped into the shower and he held her close to him. They took turns washing eachother in between spurts of passion. It was moments like that that made Breeze the happiest. Spontaneous displays of affection and of their unbreakable bond made her fall in love with JC all over again.

I give my hand to you with all my heart
Can’t wait to live my life with you, can’t wait to start
You and I will never be apart
My dreams came true because of you

After their intense shower experience, JC and Breeze finally finished getting ready. Breeze slipped on a pair of strappy sandals just as someone knocked on their door. JC went to open it, “Morning Summer.”

“Well, I’m surprised to see a moment when you two aren’t making out!”

“Very funny Summer; you ready?” Breeze said walking toward her.

“Yeah, the other bridesmaids are already at the beach.”

One of Breeze’s dreams was to get married on the beach and JC knew her favorite place in the world was St. Thomas so there was no hesitation when deciding where to have the wedding. “And I stopped by the reception hall already; everything seems fine there.” “Okay, well I’ll see you later baby,” Breeze said kissing JC.

“Alright, I’ll be the one up front by the priest!”

Breeze laughed and left with Summer. They visited the reception hall to do the last minute checks, visited with all of their families and friends who were attending, and before Breeze knew it, it was time. They went to the wedding site and into a tent sent up for the bride. Breeze noticed first her dress. She walked over to it and ran her fingers along the soft fabric. Her dress was a mermaid cut dress designed by Vera Wang and had just arrived from Paris that morning.

“You ready sweetie?”

Breeze turned around to see her mother beaming with happiness. “Yeah Mom, I’m ready."

In the groom’s tent, JC was pacing back and forth.

“JC, calm down, he’ll be here!”

“How can I calm down Joey?” he snapped, “God, I’m going to kill Justin!”

Just then, Justin ran into the tent.

“Justin, where have you been; did you find them?”

Justin held up his hand and tried to catch his breath.

“Yeah, I got 'em.”

He showed the case that held the wedding bands.

“Thank God!”

“Relax, I had everything under control; I'm the best-man for a reason!”

“Whatever man, just keep up with those until the ceremony.”

Justin nodded and went to change into his tux. JC was almost ready but when Justin told him he couldn’t find the rings, he became a nervous wreck. Now that all was well, he was finally starting to calm down a bit. He still was a little anxious; he would be a married man in a couple of hours. He never thought this day would come so soon but he never expected to find someone like Breeze, either. He couldn’t wait to call her his wife, to come home to her, to wake up beside her, for her to have his children, and for them to spend the rest of their lives together. He smiled and slipped on his tuxedo jacket.

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn’t give
From this moment on

“It’s almost time everyone!” Edward, the wedding choreographer, shouted into the bridal tent.

Breeze spun around in front of the mirror, relishing the beauty of her dress. She looked over to see her father with a tear in his eye. She walked over and hugged him.

“I can’t believe I’m losing my little girl today.”

“You’ll never lose me daddy; I love you,” she whispered and found herself starting to cry. She kissed her father on the cheek and went over to her mother.

“Oh, you’re so beautiful Breeze!”

“Thanks Mom,” she said hugging her.

“Your grandma would be so proud of you sweetie.”

“I know, I just wish she could be here.”

“But she is, she’ll always be with you hunny."

Breeze smiled and Edward started to get the line set up.

“Okay, I need my flower girls; bridesmaids line up over here; mother of the bride up front…”

Breeze stood in the back and checked her makeup one last time in the mirror. The moment was finally here and she couldn’t be more sure about anything in her life. She wiped away a tear as she was rushed over to the line by Edward’s assistants. Breeze took a deep breath as she heard the trademark wedding music begin.
