Chapter Three

At a small cafe, the whole group was sitting in their usual corner booth. Josh and Samantha were concentrating on eachother so much that they paid little attention to the others.

"When will you learn Justin?" Victoria frowned, "one day you might not walk away from an encounter with the Nazis."

"I'm okay baby, and if those damn Nazis want another fight then I'll give it to them."

Victoria sighed and took a sip of her coffee.

"So Joey, when's Suzanne supposed to be back?" Lance asked.

"Later tonight I think. I can't wait to see her."

"Are you still going out with us tonight?"

"I don't think so. I want to be there when she arrives."

"You're going to miss all the fun Joe," Justin said.

"Trust me, Suzanne's worth it."

"How come your not considerate like that?" Victoria said elbowing Justin.

"I'm considerate."

"Yeah, sure you are!" Josh laughed.

"Shut up Josh! Anyway, why don't you two take that somewhere else," Justin said referring to the all the cuddling Josh and Samantha were doing.

Samantha blushed at Justin's remark and Josh kicked Justin under the table.

"Owww, alright I'm sorry," Justin said holding his leg.

Josh turned and smiled at Samantha who was still red. She looked up into his eyes and both of them knew that Justin did have a point.

After about an hour, they all left the cafe and went their separate ways. Joseph said he was going over to Suzanne's house and wait until she arrived; Lance and Mandy started walking back to her house; Justin walked back with Victoria to her house; and Josh and Samantha decided to walk around town before heading home. Josh took Samantha to a bridge over a beautiful river. They walked to the middle of the bridge and stood looking over the side. Samantha was fascinated by the serenity of the scene and didn't notice Josh's stare. Josh couldn't get over how beautiful she was, both inside and out. He knew she was special when he first saw her but now, it was something much, much more. Samantha looked to Josh and caught his eyes.

"What is it?"

"I was just thinking about how wonderful you are."

"Well, I think you're pretty great yourself," she said smiling.

Josh inched toward her and cupped her face in his hands. He leaned down and gently pressed his lips to hers. The touch of his soft lips sent shivers down Samantha's spine as she wrapped her arms around him. Josh pulled away and looked into Samantha's bright eyes. He pulled her close and they stood there on the bridge wrapped in eachother's arms.

"So, what do want to do for the rest of the day?" Justin asked pulling Victoria close to him. < They were standing in front of her house.

"I know what you're thinking and you can forget about it. Maybe you'll think about this next time you want to pick a fight with the Nazis."

"Come on Vicky, we haven't made love in almost a week."

"Is that all you care about??" Victoria said becoming a bit angry.

"No...I'm sorry. I just miss being that close to you," Justin said pouting.

Victoria laughed, "I miss you too, I guess."

"You guess?!" Justin began planting kisses all over her neck.

Victoria was still a little upset with Justin but she couldn't deny her craving for him either. "My parents are away for the day," she whispered in his ear.

Justin looked up at her and smiled. They went into the house and closed the door. They embraced in a deep, passionate kiss. Justin then picked her up and threw her over his shoulder.

"Justin!"

Justin walked upstairs and into Victoria's room. He gently laid her down on the bed and kissed her. Justin began to undress her but Victoria stopped him. Justin looked at Victoria, confused. She gently touched Justin's face and looked into his blue eyes.

"I love you Justin...I always have."

"I love you too," Justin smiled and softly kissed her lips.
