Have you met Victoria in person? Tell me your story and I will post it!

Soph - I met Victoria and David in Montreal on July 10th 1998. I didn't actually "meet" them as in talk to them, but I was waiting in front of their hotel and they both came out and walked towards some restaurant. So I crossed the street and ran like a maniac to be able to be in front of them, then crossed again back to their side, and I was in perfect position to take a picture (which you can see in the picture gallery of this page). Before taking the picture I asked "can I please take a picture?" and they didn't really say anything because these stupid little kids were behind them (2 crazy kids) so I just took it. Then I told them a photographer was waiting in front (because I had met him before and he told me he needed a pic of Dave and Vic). I'm not sure they heard me, I think they did I mean I was right there! Anyways, it was really awesome and I was numb for quite a while after!

Mike - I met Victoria (along with the other 3 Spice Girls) on July 11th /98, I went to the Spice Girls concert in Toronto that night and the line up was like, 3 miles long and went past this big bridge crossing over a place called Ontario Place. So me and my two best friends were just below the bridge and they drove by in a paddle boat! We We started to scream and BAWL and we were crying SO bad and they stepped out of the paddle boat and gave us big hugs and told us not to cry and asked us if we were going to the show that night and we choked out yes =) and they told us they hoped we'd enjoy it and we got them to all autograph our t-shirts (fortunately, I had a Spice Girls t-shirt on.) And I gave Victoria a like, 5-minute hug and she kissed me on the cheek and said, "Don't cry - Girl Power!" and then they said "See you tonight!" And it was the BEST day of my entire life.
