Jaded Lady made their debut in June '85, with former Leather Angel members: Terry O' Leary (vocals), Cathy Amanti (bass), Danelle Kern (guitar), & Kerri James (drums). They mainly played at local clubs in the So. Cal/LA area. This line-up performed live on USA-TV's Nu Rock. They released one demo tape.

In April '86, Kerri had to depart from the band for medical reasons and was replaced with drummer, Mary Jo La Roche. In August '86, Danelle left to join another project. In February '87, Silvia joined the band as the new guitarist.

Jaded Lady's new line-up: Mary Jo La Roche, Terry O'Leary, Silvia, & Cathy Amanti, made their debut performace in June '87. In Oct.'87 they signed recording contract with Apocalypse records, but the deal fell through when investors in the project lost money in a stock market crash.

Jaded Lady made an appearance in the '88 documentary "The Metal Years". However, it was only a quick interview and no live performances. In May '88 they released their second demo tape.
