From a radio broadcast originated from Eddie Vedder's
home and carried by other radio stations, entitled
"Self-Pollution Radio", these two tracks were
broadcast in their demo versions. Exhausted was
recorded by Dave Grohl (and Krist Novoselic?) on the
last day of Nirvana's January 1994 studio sessions,
Gas Chamber was thought to have been recorded at the
same session but may not have been. Exhausted would
later become a Foo Fighters song, very similar to the
demo version. Gas Chamber is an Angry Samoans cover,
only about a minute long, and has a station ID at the
end, and someone breathing and switching a tape in
the beginning.
