TRIPLE J management is still refusing to confirm its line-up for next year, but our spies overheard Adam Spencer blabbing that he's got the breakfast gig in 1999. Spencer, who holds the afternoon slot and hosts ABC TV's Quantum, will fill the big hole left by the departure of lovable chub Mikey Robins. No word on whether the slot will remain trio with Jen Oldershaw and Sandman staying on. Spencer's soon-to-be vacant slot is likely to be filled by commedians Merrick and Rosso and be produced from Melbourne.
