Eric Draven was played by the late Brandon Lee. He is the lead singer for the band, Hangman's Joe, who is murdered the night before his wedding. He comes back from the dead, seeking revenge on those who murdered him and his bride-to-be, Shelly Webster.
Played by Sofia Shinas, Shelly is the fioncé of Eric Draven. She is murdered because she tried to fight tentant eviction. Eric walks in at the middle of the scene and he is killed for his efforts.
Sarah
The police officer who was first on the scene to Eric's first victum. He is played by Ernie Hudson. Officer Albrecht ends up helping Eric to complete his mission.
Sarah's mother is played by Anna Tomson. At the begining of the story, she is dating Funboy. She's a drunk and she neglects her daughter until Eric finds her and opens her eyes to the world.
The lead villian is actor Michael Wincott. He is the mastermind behind the deaths of Eric and Shelly and most of the crime in their city. He organizes "Devil's Night" every October 30th, in which his minions burn down parts of the city for his own amusment.
Top Dollar's sister/lover. She is actress Bai Ling. Myca is behind most of the decsions her brother makes and she always has the upper hand. She takes great pleasure in the pain and suffering of others.
A minion of Top Dollar. He is actor Tony Todd.
Actor Laurence Mason is Funboy, the minion of Top Dollar who is sleeping with Sarah's mother Darla. He was directly involved in Eric and Shelly's death.
David Patrick Kelly is the villian T-Bird. He is a weapons master and minion of Top Dollar. The first of Eric's victums.
Played by actor Laurence Mason, Tin Tin is yet another minion of Top Dollar. He is a firm believer in the ministry of Satan and the power of pure evil.
Actor Angel David is Skank, the fearful villan who also works for Top Dollar. He was directly involved in Shelly and Eric's death as well
The owner of the pawn shop, Jon Polito plays Gideon, the ignorant friend of Top Dollar's business associates. He knows what they do, he just looks the other way.
