Interview with Ierich


-Hi Ierich...last year you have released a MC Raven's Fall...what can you tell me about it?

It's not very necessary to talk about Raven's Fall, especially when it is not a regular N.C.C. release, only mine. It is a techno, unsuccessful.
New N.C.C. will be out this year.

-Do you know, that you are maybe the most known czech grinband? When I was chatting with two germans on the "Nuclear Blast chat" , they've known you! ...& they are not the only ones.

If somebody knows someone, that doesn't mean that he is first-rate, exceptional, neither unique. I also know Josef Visarionovic & what a bastard he was!
But I'm really happy about your sentence, I can't say not.

-I heard that your singer is singin' through a metal pipe...then, how does your live look like? Does he stick it to his mouth?

We don't need any pipes in our live shows- shows with bad sound give us the distortion alone. But in more sterile surroundings like in studios, those parts of vacuum cleaners & canalisation make our sitting with rum better.

-Why did you change your name to Negligente e Colateral Colapso?

Negligent C. Collapse is the name of a classical grinband, portuguese name Negligente e Colateralo Colapso is the name of my indusnoise project. But there may be some problems with the names.

-How many shows have you alredy played? Would you also play in a brothel?

I've played about 50 shows (& it still makes me happy to play rock n' roll with Sine Nomen) , but with N.C.C. it could be 15? It is hard to count, when I don't remember very much .
Play in a brothel - sure!

Is Kopta back from the war? What does he say on it?

He's back. I don't know.

-What are you doin' in your free time?

-What do you say on Brutal truth's split-up? I think it sucks...& right before Grind over Europe!

I'm listening to music 15 years. During this time many bands have split-up & many bands were born. If B.T. have split-up, that's only good - they have made a place for other bands.... On top of it, they were rotting. Don't you think they were quite musty?

-What are you listening to? Did you use to listen to something else (like pop, dancefloor ) ? If yes, are you ashamed because of it?

Oh, I'm not ashamed because of anything. I have grown up from such things. I'm listening to music very intensively. I love stringed instruments & piano concerts , the fury of grind & noise. I'm flying in the national songs, gipsy songs, russian songs. I'm devoured by rock - King Crimson.
No, I hate pop.

-What's your opinion on cops?

From the times when I have learnt how to write, I hate police.
Many memories, conflicts... my personal hate will end only with death.

-Do you think that blackmetal stars are wearing "corpsepaint" also on their genitals?

I'm not talking about Black metal, I'm not listening, I don't know anything. Black metal is the only exception (with the modern Hard core together) in the hard music, that is going absolutely aside from me.

-What do you say on Clinton? I heard that Hillary has once punched him so hard, that he nearly fell on the ground!

The American trial with Clinton is starting to be very awkward. U.S.A. won't go down & I hope that Clinton too. But he has earned that punch.

-Do you think that nature will eliminate us (mankind) , or we will do it first?

Nature.
I'm (not always) a optimist of life. Not always. But now - I am.
We would be sad augusts. Everyone.
One august next to another.
Result: The nature will gradually eliminate the creature Homo sapiens sapiens. In 12 billions years time. Count on it.

-Do you have some words at the end? Like changing us non-believers into the belief of your sect...etc.

I would end for example with Antisthen:

-Cau Ierich...minuly rok ste vydali MC Raven’s Fall...co by si o nom mohol povedat?

Netreba se prilis siriti o Raven’s fall, zvlaste kdyz neni dany vytvorem N.C.C., ale pouze mym. Je to techno, nepovedene.
Na N.C.C. mozno se tesiti letos.

-Viete o tom, ze ste mozno najznamejsia ceska grindova kapela? Ked som chatoval s dvoma nemcami na "Nuclear Blast chate", tak vas poznali! ...a to niesu jediny.

To, ze nekdo nekoho pozna, opravdu neznaci jeho kvalitu, vyjimecnost, natoz pak unikatnost. Tez znam Josefa Visarionovice, a jaka to byla svina!
Jinac me tva veta tesi, to nemohu nerict.

-Pocul som, ze vas spevak spieva cez kovovu rurku...ako potom vyzera vase live? To si ju prilepi k ustam?

V live provedeni netreba nastavcu - nekvalitni ozvucene prostory dodavaji danou distorzi nasim hlukovodum samy. V ponekud sterilnejsim prostredi nahravacich zarizeni pak ony casti luxu a kanalizaci zprijmenuji nam rumove posezeni.

-Preco ste zmenili nazov na Negligente e Colateral Colapso?

Negligent C. Collapse zove se klasicka grindova kapela, portugalsky prepis Negligente e Colateralo Colapso je muj indusnoise projekt. Pravda, muze se to motat.

-Kolko koncertov ste uz odohrali? Zahrali by ste si napr. aj v nejakom bordeli?

Ja odsedel koncertu na padesat (a furt mi dela dobre hrat rockenrol, se Sine Nomen), ovsem s N.C.C. jich muze byt patnact? Tezko se to scita, kdyz se malo pamatuje.
V bordeli hrati - urcite!

-Vratil sa uz Kopta z vojny? Co na to hovori?

Vratil. Neviem.

-Co robievas vo svojom volnom case?

Kazdy clovek je stavitelem chramu, kterym je jeho telo.

-Co hovoris na rozpad Brutal truth? Podla mna je to na hovno...este navyse pred Grind over Europe!

Hudba line se mi v sluch patnacte let. Behem doby teto zaniklo a zrodilo se teles quantum. Zaniklo-li teleso B.T., jen jest to dobre - uvolnili misto na piedestalu jinym.... Navic ponekud zahnivali. Nezdali se ti ztuchli?

-Co pocuvas? Pocuval si kedysi nieco ine (napr.: pop, dancefloor) ? Ak ano hanbis sa za to?

Och, nehanbim sa za nic. Z toho som vyrastol. Hudbu prozivam, jeji rozsahle osevne plochy. Miluji smyccove a klavirni koncerty, grindcoreovy a noiseovy bes. Letam v narodnich pisnich, cikanskych, ruskych. Pozira me mohutny rock - King Crimson.
Ne, nesnasim pop.

-Aky je tvoj nazor na fizlov?

Od tech dob, co jsem se naucil psat, policii nenavidim.
Mnoho vzpominek, konfliktu... mou osobni nenavist ztisi az ma smrt.

-Myslis, ze blackmetalove hviezdy nosia "corpsepaint" aj na svojich prirodzeniach?

O blekmetalu se nebavim, neposloucham, neznam. Blekmetal tvori jedinou vyjimku (s modernim hardcorem pospolu) v tvrde muzice, ktera frci naprosto mimo mne.

-Co hovoris na Clintona? Vraj mu raz Hillary za neveru taku drbla, ze sa skoro zdrbal na zem!

Americky soud nad Clintonem zacina nabirat na trapnosti. U.S.A. se nepotopi, Clinton doufam tez ne. Tu facku si zaslouzi.

-Myslis, ze nas (ludi) odstrani priroda, alebo to urobime skor sami?

Priroda.
Jsem (nikoli vecny) optimista zivota. Nikoli vzdy. Ale nyni - jsem.Byli by jsme smutni augusti. Vsichni do jednoho. At debil, at intous. Jeden august vedle druheho.
Rezult: Priroda prirozene postupne tvora Homo sapiens sapiens stahne z obehu. Tak do dvanacti miliard let. To si pis.

-Mas par slov na koniec? Napr.: prevratenie nas neveriacich na vieru tvojej sekty...atd.
