This part of the page is also about music. At first there
are going to be some of my reactions on the concerts I visited during last
year(1998) .

This was my first big concert, so I was little bit excited.
The first group to play was the Slovak Death Metal band Pathology Stench.
I've got their debut Gluttony- a fine piece of brutal Death Metal
in the American way, so I was wondering what is it going to be like on
a concert. The music was good, but the sound was quite awful. But nevermind,
the show was good, especially when the singer has shown his dick!!!
After this experience, another band, the Polish Devilyn
has jumped on the stage. I haven't heard this band before, but their show
& music was cool. All I knew about them before was that they play Death
Metal & that they have an album called Anger.
But let's get to another band- the most famous Czech
Death band Krabathor. I have never seen these guys before, but I
heard that their live shows are great. It is true. The show was perfect
& the music... the same. They've played songs from their latest release
Orthodox,
or from their previous album Lies. Also some songs from their early
albums were played (for example: Imperator).
...and finally the most awaited band has appeared on
the stage. Guess who!? It was CANNIBAL CORPSE. AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHH!!!
Their show was great! Mostly they've played songs from their last two albums
Vile
& Gallery of suicide, but they've also played songs like I
cum blood or Hammer smashed face from my favourite album
Tomb
of the mutilated. Once again their show was great!!!
Toto bol moj prvy velky koncert,
takze som bol trosku napichany. Prvy kto hral, bola slovenska Death metalova
kapela Pathology Stench. Mam ich debut Gluttony- dobry kus
Death metalu americkeho razenia, takze som bol zvedavy ake to bude na koncerte.
Hudba bola dobra, ale zvuk bol trochu na hovno. Ale nevadi show bola dobra,
najma ked spevak ukazal svojho curaka!!!
Po tomto zazitku, prisla na rad
dalsia kapela- polsky Devilyn. Predtym som este od nich nic nepocul,
ale show a hudba bola dobra. Jedine co som o nich predtym vedel bolo,
ze im vysiel album- Anger.
Ale podme k dalsej kapele- najznamejsej
ceskej kapele- Krabathor. Predtym som tychto typkov este nevidel,
ale pocul som, ze ich koncerty su dobre. Je to pravda. Show bola perfektna
a hudba... to iste. Hrali najma pesnicky z Orthodoxu, alebo z Lies.
Ale zahrali aj pesnicky z ich prvych veci (napr. : Imperator).
...a konecne vybehla na podium
najocakavanejsia kapela. Hadaj kto!? Bol to CANNIBAL CORPSE. AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!
Ich show bola perfaktna! Najviac pesniciek hrali z Vile a Gallery
of suicide, ale hrali aj pesnicky ako I cum blood, alebo Hammer
smashed face z mojho najoblubenejsieho albumu Tomb of the mutilated.

The first band which appeared on the stage in the RockPopJazz
club was the Slovak PowerThrash band Stagnant. They don't play one
of my favourite music styles, so their show was not very interesting for
me, altough they play a very technical & good music.
The second band was the Czech Scabbard. Hmmmm.....
Melodic Death Metal with keyboards. Sorry guys nothing for me, but technically
your music was good.
The third band was a German DeathGrind band Purgatory.
AAAAAAA!!! This is something for me. I haven't heard this band before,
but their music was cool & their drummer was really fast. They've also
played one coverversion, but not an ordinary coverversion, they've played
Terrorizers
"Corporation pull- in"... my favourite.
I didn't like Vader very much before, but I've
changed my mind after this show. Have I mentioned that the drummer from
Purgatory
is fast? Yes I have, but after I've seen the work of Docent I must say
that he's even faster. Damn!!! Also the other members of Vader have
done a good job. I was surprised that the vocalist Peter (sorry
I can't memorize his other name, 'cause it's hard for me) was growling
more extremely than on their last album Back to the blind &
that's one of the reasons why I strated to like Vader. The other
reason was that the sound of the guitars was more brutal than on their
albums. I don't know their songs very well, so I can't tell you the titles,
which they've played. The only one is the coverversion of Dethroned
emperor originally recorded by Celtic frost.
Prva kapela, ktora zacala hrat v
RockPopJazz klube bola slovenska PowerThrashova kapela Stagnant.
Nehraju jeden z mojich oblubenych stylov, takze ivh show pre mna nebola
moc zaujimava, napriek tomu, ze hraju technicku a dobru hudbu.
Druha bola ceska kapela Scabbard.
Hmmmm.....
Melodicky Death metal s klavesami. Sorry, nic pre mna, ale technicky bola
vasa hudba dobra.
Tretia kapela bola nemecka DeathGrindova
kapela Purgatory. AAAAAA!!! Toto je nieco pre mna. Tuto kapelu som
predtym este nepocul, ale hudba bola dobra abubenik bol dost rychly.
Hrali aj jeden cover, ale nie obycajny cover, ale "Corporation Pull-
in" od Terrorizeru... moju oblubenu.
Predtym som Vader nemal
moc rad, ale zmenil som nazor po tomto vystupeni. Spominal som, ze bubenik
z Purgatory je rychly? Ano, ale po tom co som videl pracu Doca musim
povedat, ze je este rychlejsi. Aj dalsi clenovai Vaderu podali dobry
vykon. Bol som prekvapeny, ze spevak Peter (sorry neviem si zapamatat jeho
druhe meno) chrcal ovela extremnejsie ako na albume Back to the blind
a
to je jeden z dovodov preco som zacal mat rad Vader. Druhy dovod
bol, ze zvuk gitar bol brutalnejsi nez na albumoch. Ich pesnicky moc nepoznam,
takze neviem povedat, ktore hrali. Jedine co viem, ze hrali cover Dethroned
emperor od Celtic frostu.
