My name is Philippe Andre' Landry(it's French; that means one "L" and three "P's" and it is pronounced "Fee-leap"--I'm telling you this becuz no one has gotten it right yet!). I live in Louisiana. Depeche Mode is my favorite group.
Some of my favorite dm songs are Stripped(as you may have guessed), In Your Room, Enjoy The Silence, Fly on the Windscreen,
Sister of Night, Stories of Old, Monument, Get The Balance Right!, Nothing to Fear, Dangerous, Rush and...well...basically everything else.
    My other favorite bands are the Cure,
Nine Inch Nails, GusGus, Bjork, Nitzer Ebb, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Curve, the Creatures, Tori Amos, Garbage, the Smashing Pumpkins, U2, Portishead and many others. I like synth-pop, industrial,and goth, but my tastes are not just limited to those three. Some of my favorite music "movers and shakers" are Flood, Howie B., Nelle Hooper, Brian Eno, Alan Moulder, and Mark Platti. I've been to three concerts in my entire life: the Smashing Pumpkins, U2, and Depeche Mode--all very spectacular! 
    I am currently into the modernist design and style, so this site is an outlet for my new designs and graphical ideas, i.e. the futuristic telescoping-square backgrounds and the sleek logos.  
    I used to play guitar and sing in two bands: a punk outfit called the Coughs and a hard rock metal group I named Red Circus(cryptic for "Communist Party").
Now I make my own music playing piano, guitar, bass, vocals, and utilizing drum machines, bass modules, samplers, sequencers, synths, and all that electronic stuff. I make demos in my room on my Fostex 4-track. My music is a mix of everything that has passed my ears. But if you must compare it to something compare it to Alan Wilder's compositions from Recoil.
    And last but not least, I'm also a DJ(in the most unorthodox sense). My DJ name was Chocolate Goat Milk(DJ Wax and King Benny gave it to me), but it was a mouthfull(and silly) so i shortened it to DJ Milk after the Garbage song and because it has a pure sound to it.
