The W's
Fourth From The Last
Five Minute Walk Records

Hailing from the Oregon area, the W's have burst on to the Christian SKA scene with their first album, Fourth From The Last. It features Benny-Goodman-swing influenced SKA, leading some to call their style "rock-ska-billy." No matter what you call it, it is a refreshing, toe-tapping sound.

The album contains many tongue-in-cheek, satirical, and self-deprecating lyrics, as well as some songs that are destined to become youth-group standards. Included are the CHR hits The Devil Is Bad, and Moses, and Open Minded, a song which seems to challenge critics of the band, saying "with opportunity oh what you'd change, what you'd do to make it your way."
