Help at hand for Garry

Even rock idols occasionally suffer from human ailments. Patients at Royal North Shore Private Hospital were sure they recognised the nice bloke with the sore hand who checked in for a spot of quick surgery yesterday.

Not surprising really- Thirteen spies checked the records and discovered the poor chap was INXS bass player Garry Gary Beers. Beers is undergoing finger reconstruction for a nasty fracture he suffered under circumstances unknown. That's sure to put a stop to any raucous behaviour in the band's reunion tour for the near future.
