Alright, how would it look if I got in with this group that's out saying "Don't do drugs," and one of them gets arrested for being drunk? Or one of them gets popped? If they're all sober, I think that's great - and I hope they all are, because then I'll believe what they're saying. But I don't know that. All I know is where I'm at, and that tomorrow I could use again. I don't want to disrepute the whole organization by me standing there saying I don't use drugs, and then screwing up. I know what it's taken for me to stay sober, and one of those things is, I know that I'm not going to use today, but I might use tomorrow. I have faith that the other guys in my band subscribe to the same philosophy. - Rip, 10/90
