I admit it, I'm always likely to go "f*ck it, just throw it down," while Steven's always trying to tweak it and change it. I love melody too, Steven loves all that rah-rah rock 'n' roll; put us together - plus Brad's musicality, Tom and Joey's rhythm drive - and you have Aerosmith. It's a great blend, y'know? Joey, for example loves funk. There's not many things that will get him out of the house but going to see Tower of Power is one of them. All these things together gives it the push.
